By providing a mobile phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages from Sailor's Bail Bonds through Court Access, you agree to the following terms:

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box, you expressly consent to receive automated text messages from Sailor's Bail Bonds regarding:

  • Court date reminders and notifications
  • Appointment confirmations
  • Important case updates
  • Payment reminders
  • Service-related announcements

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your court schedule and case activity. Typical message frequency includes:

  • 1 week before each court date
  • 24 hours before each court date
  • 2 hours before each court date
  • Confirmation requests as needed

You may receive approximately 3-10 messages per court date, depending on your reminder preferences.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your text messaging plan. Sailor's Bail Bonds is not responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier.

After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.

  • An active mobile phone plan with text messaging
  • A valid US mobile phone number

11. Disclaimer

SMS reminders are provided as a courtesy service. While we make every effort to send reminders on time, you are ultimately responsible for knowing and attending your court dates. Technical issues, carrier delays, or other factors may occasionally affect message delivery.

Missing a court date reminder does not excuse failure to appear in court.

We may update these SMS terms from time to time. Continued receipt of messages after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
